Personal Training / $120.00

  • 1-on-1 training
  • This package consist of 2 days a week training which comes to 8 sessions in total. In these sessions we focus on the areas and fitness goals that you choose.

Free kids class / $00.00

This is a class that is every Saturday and Sunday at 9am. The purpose of this class is to give back to the community and let the kids have fun.

You must try out this gym if you are serious about training! The instructors here are amazing and second to none. I train here for boxing and I work hard every time I step on the mat! Whether it is regular class or tournament training I am never disappointed and my skill level increases every time I train here!
