  • The class times are 5am, 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

  • 1-on-1 training
  • This package consist of 2 days a week training which comes to 8 sessions in total. In these sessions we focus on the areas and fitness goals that you choose.

Free kids class / $00.00

This is a class that is every Saturday and Sunday at 9am. The purpose of this class is to give back to the community and let the kids have fun.
